Does the price including VAT taxe ?
Our company is a small company and we actually do not manage the VAT taxe. So there is no VAT taxe to pay.

Currently, we only deliver to certain countries. If your country is not in the list of available countries, you cannot order from the store.
All deliveries will be made with insurance and are done with a signature upon receipt. A phone number is required.
Prices do not include various customs and import charges. Please inquire about the various charges with your customs office. These costs must be paid to your administration upon receipt of your package.
Each order is declared to customs on the value of the products.
Is it possible to cut my stone with my raw material ?
No. Not for the moment.
Is it possible to make a custom shape / size / quality ?
You can write to me. it depends of the raw material I have in stock.
Where are you located ?
We are located in France in Isère area. For the moment our workshop is private and it is not possible to receive visitors.
We can meet at the various exhibition fairs where Gems by Fred will be present. Please follow the intagram and facebook page.
Quality grades for transparent gemstones in the shop
Medium clarity - Presence of inclusions and/or internal cracks visible to the naked eye
Small clarity - some inclusions visible to the naked eye
Good clarity - no inclusions visible to the naked eye
Very good clarity - fine inclusions with x10 magnifying glass
Pure or excellent clarity - pure or very fine inclusions with x10 magnifying glass
Clarté moyenne - Présence d'inclusions et/ou fissures internes visibles à l'oeil nu
Petite clarté - quelques inclusions visibles à l’œil nu
Bonne clarté - pas d'inclusion visible à l’œil nu
Très bonne clarté - fines inclusions avec loupe x10
Pure ou excellente clarté - pure ou très fines inclusions avec loupe x10
